Teacher’s Day Celebration
A good teacher is the master of simplification and an enemy of simplism Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great fervour. On this occasion, the young Sagarites presented an array of captivating cultural performances. The event was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp and garlanding the portraits of Goddess Saraswati and Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Students showcased dances, skits, and melodious songs highlighting the greatness of teachers. In the address, it was emphasised that students and teachers are incomplete without each other. Shaping the future and character of students has always been a priority for teachers. Insights were shared about Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan through a dance drama, appreciating the respect and honour given by students to their teachers. At Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham, teachers are not just educators, they are revered as the highest pillars of wisdom and respect, shaping futures with every lesson taught.

Eco- Friendly Ganesha Making Activity
"Ganesha's teachings light the path of life" Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham organized Eco- Friendly Ganesha Making Activity on 4th September 2024 for young sagarites of class Nursery to KGII. Students were encouraged to create their Mini Ganesha using paper Mache. It was organized to develop the motor skills as well as to inculcate the traditional values in them and also to sensitize them towards the environment. Mud is a messy and joyous medium full of great possibilities, our tiny tots were all smiles with a sense of accomplishment.

The #event was graced by Ms *Sheila Charles,* a renowned female sailor of India, recipient of the prestigious #Eklavya Award, and an international representative of the nation. Her presence added immense value, inspiring the young athletes to push their boundaries and aim for excellence. The #championship was adorned with a series of cultural performances. Sagarites captivated the audience with a melodious rendition of Raag Malhar, originally crafted by Miya Tansen, showcasing their deep appreciation for classical music. Adding to the patriotic spirit, an enthralling dance performance was dedicated to the National Security Guards (NSG), honouring their relentless service in safeguarding the nation. Victory is the result of dedication, hard work, and the courage to pursue excellence. Sagar Public School Dwarka Dham proudly announces the achievements of the students in the Sub Junior Madhya Pradesh State Rollball Championship, held on August 25, 2024, in Bhopal, organized by the Rollball Federation of India. In the Under 14 Boys category, Dhvanit Singh Tomar (Class VI), representing Bhopal Association, won the Gold Medal, while Divy Gatkhane (Class VIII), representing Bhopal Corporation, bagged the Silver Medal. In the Under 14 Girls category, Namami Thakur (Class VI), representing Bhopal Corporation, won the Silver Medal. Anushka Gupta (Class VII) and Reet Ahlawat (Class VI), representing Bhopal Association, bagged the Bronze Medal. These impressive victories highlight the students' dedication, skill, and hard work. Janmashtami Celebration
Janmashtami Celebration at Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham Sagar Public School celebrated Janmashtami with great joy and excitement. The event began with a special assembly where students of class V shared the story of Lord Krishna’s life through a skit. Young Sagarites added colour and spark by showcasing their vibrant costumes of Krishna and Radha coupled with their innocent charm . Sagarites of classes I and II performed a scintillating dance performance leaving the audience spell bound .The school resonated with the sound of devotional songs followed by Krishna Arti , creating an ambience of reverence and joy . The event was a testament to the school's commitment to holistic education, where cultural awareness and academic learning go hand in hand.

The day kicked off with the much-anticipated Sagarathon – Run for the Nation, a 2-kilometer marathon that saw enthusiastic participation from students, staff, and parents alike. The marathon symbolised unity and dedication to the nation, resonating deeply with the patriotic spirit of the occasion. Following the marathon, the young Sagarites showcased their love for the country in a Patriotic Dance Competition, where they sang with passion and pride. The event was a perfect blend of athleticism, inspiration, and creativity, making this year’s Independence Day celebration truly memorable.
