The main purpose of this assembly was to create and educate children about the importance and consumption of fruits in regular diet. Students dressed up in a beautiful manner in relation with the different types of fruits like - apple, #strawberry, #watermelon, orange and mango. Students spoke #confidently and concluded the assembly with a melodious song.

Basant Panchami celebration
Today, on 3 February 2025, Basant Panchami festival was celebrated with great joy on the auspicious occasion of Basant Utsav at Sagar Public School Dwarka Dham. In which all the children worshiped Maa Saraswati with great enthusiasm. On this occasion, the principal of the school told the children about the natural celebration of Maa Saraswati. In his address, Principal sir described the glory of Maa Saraswati and said that Maa Saraswati is the goddess of knowledge and we all should worship Maa Saraswati daily to gain knowledge. On this occasion, students also received certificates while participating in various competitions, as well as Saraswati Mantra was written from children through writing improvement and pure writing method.

Wildlife conservation message by KG II
An assembly was conducted by the students of Class kg II "C" on #Wildlife #Conservation. The children shared their views on the importance of protecting animals and plants. They highlighted that wildlife plays a key role in our ecosystem and the loss of even a single species can disrupt the food chains and the nutrient cycles. Wildlife conservation helps maintain the balance of #ecosystems and promote #biodiversity. The children beautifully conveyed this message through their dance performance that #plants and #animals live in harmony with each other. They are happy to be a part of nature. We should not only care for our domestic animals, but we should also learn to care about wild animals.

ASPIRE session on Oral Hygiene
An #ASPIRE session was conducted for the students of grade III to V featuring Dr. Pooja Tripathi- A dental child specialist and an expertise in Braces. The topic for the aspire session was Oral Hygiene. The oral #hygiene session was an insightful and interactive experience, aimed at promoting healthy dental habits. Participants learned about the importance of brushing and flossing, proper techniques to use, and how to choose the right products for their oral care routine. The session also addressed common dental issues, such as cavities, gum disease, and bad breath, while providing practical tips for prevention. She discussed the technique on how a broken tooth be regenerated by preserving it in milk. #Emphasis was placed on the role of a balanced diet and regular dental check-ups in maintaining long-term oral health. The young #Sagarites left with a better understanding of how small changes in their daily routines can make a big difference in preserving their smiles for years to come.
