ASPIRE Session on "Health & Hygiene"

Healthy Habits, Happy Life! Sagar Public School, Dwarka Dham organised an enriching ASPIRE Session for the students of Classes IV and V on the theme "Health & Hygiene." The session was led by Dr. Mahesh Sudhakar Kurwe, Deputy Director (Medical), Consultant, and Head of Anaesthesia at Sagar Multispeciality Hospital, Bhopal. Dr. Kurwe guided the young learners through practical and easy-to-follow steps to stay healthy and maintain personal hygiene. He highlighted the importance of: ✔️ Regular handwashing✔️ Eating a balanced diet✔️ Drinking plenty of water✔️ Keeping surroundings clean✔️ Practising healthy daily routines Through his interactive and student-friendly approach, children understood how simple habits followed consistently can prevent illnesses and contribute to long-term well-being. The session was insightful, inspiring, and encouraged students to take ownership of their health with small yet meaningful actions.
